Touchpoint Technology in Atarmon NSW, had a pressing need for a complex, customised redundant DC Power Supply for an arduous environment, in a very limited timeframe.

Within 48 hours, a consensus solution had been reached, involving end user input as well as the client, a detailed scope and specification agreed to, draft schematics provided, with timeframes for delivery laid out.

This resulted in a heavily customised system begin designed, built, tested and programmed in house, ready for delivery to Perth in less than 5 days. The end user is one of the largest mining operators in Australia, with requirements for extreme reliability and robustness, along with mining specific power requirements, that need to function in some of the harshest environments on earth.
